1. Booking & Payment

  • Membership payment confirms the participant’s place.

  • Free trials do not require advance payment.

  • Payments are non-refundable unless the class is cancelled by the school.

2. Attendance & Safety

  • Participants must wear suitable clothing for classes.

  • The school is not responsible for injuries arising from pre-existing conditions.

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring that children behave safely during classes.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the class.

  • Refunds are only provided if a class is cancelled by the school.

4. Liability

  • Martial arts and Tai Chi involve physical activity. Parents/members accept the risks involved.

  • The school cannot be held liable for accidents beyond reasonable supervision.

5. Photo & Video Consent

  • Photos and videos may be taken for promotional purposes.

  • Parents may opt out by providing written notice.

6. Communication & Updates

  • Booking confirmations and payment instructions may be sent via email.

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for providing a valid email address.
